Mill Quarter Townhomes - First Offering 80% Sold-Out in One Day The first launch of the Mill Quarter Townhomes was a huge success.  10 of the 12 townhomes in Phase I were sold at the kick-off sales event on August 12, with all 10 selling for more than the asking price.

Old Mill goes urban. The first phase of a $20 million project mixing urban brownstone-style row houses with rooftop gardens and commercial space is slated to built by this fall, linking downtown Bend to the Old Mill District, developers for the project said.
